Booking a conference at Trent Vineyard Conference Centre Nottingham
is simple and straight forward

Throughout the conference booking and planning process and the event itself we always go the extra mile to ensure you get exactly the event you want - delivering excellent customer service and value for money every time.

Provisional Bookings

To help with your conference planning we are always happy to hold a provisional booking for you until you can confirm whether you need the room or not.

If in the mean time we get another enquiry for the same date and room we will always get in touch with you before releasing the rooms.

There is no charge for this service and you are under no obligation. 

Confirmed Bookings

Once you have confirmed your booking we issue a booking contract which we ask you to sign and return.

Once your booking contract is received by us we confirm your booking in our system and we’ll get to work planning your event with you as required.

Once this is all done we will start the planning process with you.
