We work closely with our clients both before and during their conference to optimise the impact of their presentation and to ensure the delivery of a smooth and memorable event.
Booking our large conference Auditorium for your event means that you get the benefit of using industry standard AV facilities and the services of a professional dedicated media and sound technician - all included as standard within our Day Delegate Rate.
All our business meeting rooms have a digital projector and screen as standard.
Conference Filming Packages
We can film your conference if required. We work with a number of talented freelance film makers, editors and technicians and can offer anything from a basic package through to a fully bespoke presentation.
Media Policy
Our Media Policy contains all the details of how we run Media and Sound for all conferences, including the technical details and timings of any content you are providing us with.
