On the day of your conference or business meeting we will always go the extra mile for you to ensure that everything goes exactly to plan and we deliver the conference you want.

In the run up to your conference and throughout the day you can have absolute confidence and peace of mind that you will receive the very highest standard of customer service.
 

Every member of the conferencing team is empowered to deliver excellent customer service. So, if you have any requests or problems on the day we promise to respond quickly and to the best of our ability to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

On the day you can expect the following:

  • A Warm Welcome
    A member of staff will be available to welcome the event leaders, guide them to their room(s) and provide any assistance required to help them get ready for the day.
  • Everything Ready
    Your business meeting room will be set up and ready for you on arrival with the conferencing team on hand to help with any last minute alterations.
  • Easy Parking
    We have on site conferencing parking for 300 cars and on busy days there are always parking attendants available to help delegates park quickly and easily.
  • Meet & Greet
    A member of the team is always at reception ready to welcome delegates and guide them to their meeting room and to provide any further assistance.
  • Designated Host
    One of the team will be assigned to your event to provide assistance during the day.
  • Break Times
    Your host will check your preferred lunch and break times with you and will be on hand to top up refreshments and serve lunch as required.
  • Health & Safety
    We take the welfare and safety of our delegates very seriously.

    Your host will ask the event leader to fill in a simple fire register just before the event starts which is then kept at reception and used to account for all delegates should the need arise. 

    All team members are assigned an evacuation point for the day and will be on hand to guide delegates from the building in the event of an emergency.

Extras

Any additional equipment or services required during the day that incur a charge are noted on an ‘Extras Form’.

The form is signed by the event leader and the host and a copy is provided at the end of the day for your records.

Departure Times

Generally we are reasonably relaxed about departure times especially if your event is running over time. We will only ask delegates to leave if we need to prepare the room for another event.

Customer Feedback

We greatly value customer feedback. It keeps us honest, helps us to improve and provides the opportunity to thank and encourage the team.

Customer feedback forms are provided at the beginning of the day and we always encourage event leaders to fill them in and leave them in their room for collection.
