At Trent Vineyard Conference Centre Nottingham we offer a flexible delegate day rate which includes everything you need and more than you would expect.

Our Delegate Day Rate (DDR) is structured to give you the flexibility to decide the overall price you pay per delegate.

The DDR includes all of the following at a single standard rate.

If required you can then select a lunch menu which best suits your requirements and budget - then put them together for your final delegate day rate.

  • Conference Planning
    Meet with our Events Manager to discuss and plan your exact requirements.
  • Room Hire
    Your conference meeting rooms set up and ready for you on arrival.
  • Welcome Host
    To meet and greet your delegates at reception and guide them to their room.
  • Designated Host
    Uniformed team members on hand to look after all your needs throughout the day.
  • Free Car Parking
    On site conference parking for up to 300 cars with parking attendants.
  • Refreshments
    Served throughout the day (tea, herbal tea, coffee, decaf coffee and biscuits).
  • Sound & Media
    Auditorium conferences have full media & sound support.
  • Digital Projector & Screen
    For events in our conference meeting rooms with full technical support.
  • Free WiFi
    Available throughout the building.
  • Flipchart & Pens
    Available in every meeting room. 

Lunch - is charged separately due to the number of different menus we offer with menus starting from £4.75 / person (ex vat) for the working lunch.

All menus are split 50:50 vegetarian to meat and we cater for most dietary requirements.

Extras: any extra services or equipment you need for your event may incur additional charges.
