Trent Vineyard Conference Centre is a large, modern and purpose built conference centre in Nottingham with excellent facilities and free and secure parking for conference delegates.

We have one of the largest conference auditoriums in the East Midlands

as well as 10 well proportioned meeting rooms conveniently arranged over 2 floors.

The size, design and layout of the conference centre gives us a huge amount of flexibility so we can accommodate conferences and events of almost any brief – from small business meetings to exhibitions or large conferences with additional meeting rooms.
 

 Auditorium 

There’s no doubt that you’ll be impressed by our conference auditorium. Its flexible design, size and impressive facilities make it an excellent large conference venue in Nottingham.

Meeting Rooms

We have 10 business meeting rooms of varying sizes, the largest of which can accommodate up to 130 conference delegates in a theatre style layout.

All our meeting rooms are flexible, modern, bright and well equipped.

Parking

We have free and secure on site conference parking for up to 300 cars and on busy days there are always parking attendants available to help delegates park quickly and easily.

We can also arrange additional off site conference parking (100+ spaces) a few minutes walk away at a significantly reduced day rate.

Disabled Access

Our conference centre has excellent general access to and throughout the building. All our meeting rooms are easily accessible via wide and open corridors allowing equal access for all.

We also have:

• Dedicated parking close to reception.
• Disabled toilets conveniently located on each floor.
• Hearing loop in the large conference auditorium.
• A lift to the first floor.

Opening Times

Our standard operating hours are 8:30am until 8pm Monday to Fridays. 

Event leaders can arrive from 8am to set up, or earlier by prior arrangement.
